Purchasing, from order to true cost

Know what it actually cost

Shipping, duties and fees allocate across the units on the order, so each item carries its real landed cost. That figure feeds your average cost and margin reporting, and can sync back to Shopify's cost per item so both agree.

One order per supplier

Start from scratch, or let your reorder recommendations group automatically into a draft for each supplier. Quantities and costs come from that supplier's price list, with pack size, minimum order quantity and minimum order value applied.

Send it however you work

Export a branded PDF, print packing slips, or email the order straight to your supplier. Buy in their currency when you need to, and track payments against the order.

Receive as it actually arrives

Deliveries rarely turn up in one clean piece. Log shipments in transit, accept or reject what arrives, take partial receipts, then close - and cancel, duplicate or archive an order when plans change.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Stockful create a purchase order?
From your reorder recommendations, or from scratch. Recommendations group automatically into one draft order per supplier, with quantities and costs pulled from that supplier's price list. You review the lines and send it - the order is created, sent, received and closed inside Stockful.
Does it work with Shopify inventory and POS?
Yes. Purchase orders work alongside Shopify inventory and Shopify POS. Landed cost can optionally sync back to Shopify's cost per item, so your margins agree in both places.
How are items matched to my products?
By SKU or barcode, and by the supplier SKU held on each supplier's price list - so the right variant is ordered at the right cost even when your supplier uses their own codes.
Do I set up suppliers in Stockful?
Yes. Suppliers live in Stockful with full price lists: supplier SKU, cost, pack size, minimum order quantity, lead time, primary supplier and minimum order value. The order is priced correctly as you build it.
Can I see what a delivery really cost?
Yes. Add shipping, duties and fees to the order and Stockful allocates them across units for a true landed cost, which feeds your average cost and margins. Orders can be placed in the supplier's currency, and you can track payments, tags, and cancel, duplicate or archive an order.
How much does it cost?
Stockful starts at $19.99/mo for up to 2,000 tracked SKUs, with a 14-day free trial. Every feature is on every plan, including reorder recommendations, suppliers and purchase orders.
