Tabular exports come out as CSV, Excel, XML or JSONL, and you choose whether to take the rows on screen or the full result set behind them. Reports built around a chart can also be exported or delivered as a one-page PDF with the chart rendered. A plain table has no PDF version, since a PDF of a spreadsheet helps nobody.

Run history records every run: when it happened, which schedule and report it was, which channel it went to, whether you or the schedule started it, how long it took, how many rows it held, and the recipient list exactly as it stood at the time. Outcomes are Delivered, Nothing to report, Not delivered, or In progress - so an empty Low Stock report reads as good news rather than a broken schedule.
