Where Stockful differs

Nothing priced on your revenue, nothing sold as an add-on

Prediko's plans are banded on your last 12 months of sales, from $49/mo under $100k GMV and rising as you grow, with raw materials and bills of materials a $20/mo add-on on top of that. Stockful charges for what it tracks: SKUs and locations. A store doing $2M pays the same $19.99 to $79.99 as a store doing $50k, and raw materials, production, forecasting and AI are all on every plan.

Forecasts that prove themselves, not a black box

Stockful fits five candidate models to every SKU at every location and adopts a richer one only when it beats a simple baseline on a backtest of that SKU's own history. Accuracy is re-measured continuously - you can see how each forecast is doing rather than taking it on faith.

Visibility, not just purchasing

Daily snapshots of every variant at every location for up to 2 years, 100+ built-in reports, a builder for the ones nobody wrote, ABC analysis, dead stock detection, anomaly alerts and per-location health scores - the monitoring layer around the purchase orders you raise in the same app.

AI on every plan, at every price

Prediko's Pia and Stockful's assistant both talk to your inventory. The difference is the bill: Stockful's full AI feature set - chat, one-click health checks, plain-English explanations on every metric - is included from the $19.99 plan, priced by SKUs, not your revenue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Stockful and Prediko?
Prediko centres on purchasing operations - AI sales forecasting feeding purchase orders, Pia (its AI inventory agent), and 100+ WMS integrations - with pricing banded on your revenue, from $49/mo under $100k GMV and rising as you grow, plus a $20/mo add-on for raw materials and bills of materials. Stockful centres on visibility and self-tuning forecasting: daily snapshots, 100+ reports, Slack alerts, ABC analysis and an AI assistant, priced flat from $19.99/mo by SKUs and locations. Stockful also has native purchase orders, and raw materials, bills of materials and production on every plan at no extra cost.
Is Stockful cheaper than Prediko?
For most stores, substantially. Prediko starts at $49/mo for stores under $100k in annual sales and rises with revenue through a series of GMV bands, with raw materials and bills of materials a $20/mo add-on on top. Stockful runs $19.99-$79.99/mo based on tracked SKUs and locations, regardless of how much you sell, with every feature on every plan and a 14-day free trial.
How does the forecasting compare?
Prediko describes its forecasting as AI-based, planning sales by product, SKU and season. Stockful's forecasting is statistical and self-grading: five candidate models per SKU and location (baseline, trend, day-of-week, annual seasonality, and an intermittent-demand model for slow sellers), each backtested against that SKU's own history before adoption, with accuracy tracked continuously. Seasonality is learned per product from up to 2 years of your Shopify sales history.
Can Stockful create purchase orders like Prediko?
Yes. Recommendations group into one draft order per supplier, priced from that supplier's price list, with pack size, minimum order quantity and lead time applied. Send it as a branded PDF or by email, receive with partial receipts, and let shipping, duties and fees allocate across units for a true landed cost. Raw materials go on the same orders as products and are received in one action. What Stockful doesn't do is 3PL/WMS integrations - that's Prediko's focus. Stockful's purchasing is built around Shopify and Shopify POS.
How hard is it to switch?
There's nothing to migrate. Install it, choose which locations to track, and it backfills up to a year of daily stock history and two years of sales history from Shopify immediately, then snapshots daily from there. You can run it alongside Prediko during your trial and compare the recommendations on your own data.
How does reporting compare to Prediko?
Prediko advertises 20+ report templates with filters, and its own help centre says custom reports are still to come. Stockful ships 100+ built-in reports today and lets you build your own from metrics and dimensions, with the underlying StockfulQL query editable on any report. Both schedule reports out: Prediko to email, Slack and WhatsApp, Stockful to email, Slack, a webhook, Google Sheets or Airtable.
Does Stockful handle raw materials and bills of materials?
Yes, on every plan at no extra cost, where Prediko sells raw materials forecasting and BOMs as a $20/mo add-on on top of a revenue-banded subscription. Materials are held as their own catalogue with their own stock, unit of measure, cost, supplier and lead time. Bills of materials can be multi-level, so a cookie made of dough made of flour is followed all the way down, and dough you already hold reduces the flour you are told to buy. Production batches reserve material when they start and consume what was actually used when they close. There is no expiry dating or lot traceability.
